The pageant comprised 5 captivating rounds, each designed to bring out the confidence and versatility of the participants:

- Introduction + Black Magic Round –The contestants introduced themselves, sharing their confidence, personality and aspirations while dazzling the audience in stunning black outfits and exuding charm and charisma on the ramp.
- Traditional Round – A tribute to Indian heritage, this round saw participants adorned in traditional attires, including Salwar Kameez, Lehengas, Punjabi Suits, Sarees, Indo-Western and more.
- Talent Round – A special segment where participants showcased their unique talents, leaving the audience mesmerized with their skills and creativity
- Western Round –The stage lit up as contestants graced the ramp in elegant gowns, stylish dresses reflecting modern glamour.
- Q & A Round – A defining moment where contestants answered thought provoking questions, displaying their confidence, intelligence and perspective on various topics, proving that beauty is as much about wisdom as it is about appearance.

The event was honoured by an esteemed panel of judges, experts in fashion and modelling, who provided valuable insights and encouragement to all participants. Their presence and constructive feedback played a crucial role in making the event a grand success.

A Star in the Making – Miss Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu:
A special mention goes to Miss Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, who was part of our jury panel. At that time, she had already achieved several prestigious titles, including Miss India 2019 (Top 12), Miss Glowing Skin 2019, Sephora Miss Glamorous Look 2019, FBB Colors Femina Miss India Punjab 2019, Miss Diva 2018 (Chandigarh) and Oppo Times Fresh Face 2017 (Miss CHD). We take immense pride in the fact that she later went on to win the biggest title of all – Miss Universe 2021, making the entire nation proud with her incredible achievement.
